Lindsay Leavitt

Board Secretary

Lindsay Leavitt joined the Side by Side Kids Board of Directors in 2025 and serves as Secretary. A former Partner at McKool Smith, one of the nation’s leading litigation boutiques, Lindsay brings both legal expertise and a deep commitment to community service. She has served on the Development Boards for SAFE and Friends of the Children Austin, provided pro bono legal work for American Gateway, and currently leads as President of the Hyde Park Middle School PTA.


A native Texan and former Miss Teen of America 1999, Lindsay has traveled internationally speaking on leadership and community involvement. She and her husband, Lewis, live in Austin with their two children, Elliot (12) and Lawson (8). Lindsay holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
