Savannah Powell
Interim Afterschool Program Director
Savannah is a proud Texan, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She came to Austin to attend the College of Education at the University of Texas at Austin. Savannah recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development: Youth and Community Studies, and a minor in Educational Psychology.
With her experience in child development and her love for kids, Savannah is excited to serve the students at Travis Heights Elementary. She fully believes in our mission to inspire kids to be excellent students, make wise choices, and follow Christ. Savannah will strive every day to lead with grace and an open-heart.
In her free time, Savannah enjoys going on hikes, practicing yoga, and relaxing with her two small pups.
